This Week's Recap // 3

We're half way through the month and can I just say that April's been amazing so far. I'm having a blast thus, less time in front of my laptop to blog about these things. But I'm pretty sure it's going to happen one of these days (I have too much stuff already in my drafts), if my upcoming crazy work schedule will permit.

I was able to attend 2 weddings in a span of 2 days (first weekend of the month). Hahaha. First one was my college best friend's, and the other one, technically, I crashed because I didn't know both the bride and the groom but I tagged along still with Muffet and Burn. Also, I've been wearing dresses all those times, photos plastered all over Facebook, so finally, my mom and dad now knows about my shoulder tattoos. Biggest relief ever. I've been keeping it for a few years now and I'm so happy they were not upset about it (maybe a little at first haha).

Though I'm on a diet, I was still able to sneak in a couple of food trips. One at Estero in Binondo (yay!) and the other one, a free breakfast (thanks, Pepper.ph!) at AK Bistro in Rockwell. Breakfast dates with my bestfriend are the best!

I've been itching to go out of town but have failed to do so for some reason. The first quarter of the year's over and I haven't been anywhere yet! Though last week, we went to Bangkong Kahoy Valley in Dolores, Quezon to attend the Banahaw Tugtugan festival. I HAD SO MUCH FUN. I can't even stress how much. Picturesque views, kite flying, singing along to songs we know by heart under the stars, funniest photos, freezing cold weather, great music, company of good amazing friends, DANCING IN FRONT OF PEOPLE (yes! I can now cross that off my bucket list), endless laughter. Though there was a hiccup at the end of the trip (LOL I deserved it), everything else was p e r f e c t.

Now, I'm back to reality. No holidays for me this week as peak season at work already started. Boo!

Hope everyone's having a great long weekend! :)
