    Patricia

Majority of my friends call me Trish, I guess you could call me that too. I'm a transcriptions editor with a really messed up body clock and never ending affinity for films, food and written words. I like street art, sweets, neutrals and monochromes, sushi, window seats, golf carts and lazy weekends.

Some of the things that completely preoccupy me are my fixation with the now defunct The Civil Wars and their beautiful art of sadness, Oh Sehun, sleeping, CSS and HTML, @iameden, and those damn hypnotizing Tasty videos. Top country in my travel bucketlist? Iceland. But the one that will always have my heart? Hong Kong.

    Last Night

When I saw the trailer some time ago, I knew I had to watch it. I knew I would love it. I knew I would relate to it on so many levels. I finally got a copy and watched it. And the movie just meant so much to me.

    My favorite scenes:

Joana: "What I wouldn't give to have tired of you."

    Their mornings after:

And this is my absolute favorite:

Joana: "I think maybe, I've never wanted this to change. Everything changes, but this still hasn't. Not for me. It hasn't lessened. I saw you this morning, and in the middle of most nights when I can't sleep, I still replay you."

The movie may be a bore to some but for me, it was completely honest. And most of the lines were heart wrenching. Most of the scenes were all too familiar. And the whole story might just be a copy of a part of my life.
